2.個人的な利用を目的とする場合、その他著作権法により認められる場合を除き、本サイトのコンテンツを当社、原著作者またはその他の権利者の許諾を得ることなく、複製、公衆送信、改変、切除、お客様のウェブサイトへの転載等する行為は著作権法により禁止されています。

1. デジタル画像データ（以下写真と称す）の使用の為に貸出し致します。

2. 写真の使用にあたっては、用途、方法、料金の諸条件の合意後、当社の許諾を得てからご使用ください。

3. 写真の使用は、一社、一種、一版、一回限りです。再使用、又は他用途に使用する場合には、改めて該当料金を申し受けます。当社にお申し付けください。

4. お客様に貸出した写真と同一、又は類似の写真が既に使用されている、もしくは将来使用される場合があります。貸出し写真は原則として非独占使用です。ご承知の上でご利用ください。

5. 写真の使用は原則として日本国内に限定しており、国外へ持ち出すことはできません。海外、又は輸出品へのご使用については、事前に当社までご相談ください。

6. 当社に無断で第三者に貸与しないでください。

7. 当社では写真に含まれている被写体に関する肖像権、商標権、著作権等の権利を有しておりません。これらの許可取得は、写真の使用形態を決定する使用者において行うことを原則としております。万一、これらの権利に関して生じた紛争については、当社は責任を負いかねます。

8. 風俗産業での使用、写真の被写体イメージを損なうような使用はできません。又、政治・宗教関係での特殊な使用形態にはご利用出来ない場合があります。事前に当社までお問い合わせください。もし、不正使用が明らかになった場合は、掲載物の回収や廃棄を求めます。

9. デジタル画像データを記録媒体に複製、もしくはフィルム出力し、第三者に販売、配布、譲渡、貸与しないでください。

10. 写真のIPTCデータは注意し記載しておりますが、ご使用目的によっては充分にご検討、ご確認ください。

11. デジタル画像データは原則としてデータダウンロードにて貸出し致します。当社が提供するデジタル画像データはウイルス対策ソフトにてウイルスチェック済ですので、デジタル画像データを使用することにより発生したウイルス感染などによる損害は補償致しかねます。

12. デジタル画像データは使用終了後、物理的に消去してください。

13. 使用写真をWEB等でご使用の場合は、掲載URLをお知らせください。使用写真が掲載された印刷物等は、当社の資料としますので、2部ご提供ください。

14. お客様において、本規定の条項の一つに違背された場合、当社は直ちに写真の返却、使用の中止を求めることができます。

15. 使用決定後のキャンセルは原則としてお受け致しておりません。

16. お支払いは当社規定に準じます。詳細は、当社におたずねください。

17. 写真貸出し及び使用規定に関する一切の紛争や提訴については、当社本社の所在地を管轄する裁判所とすることに合意するものとします。

6 You may not lend your photos to a third party without our permission.

7 The Company does not have any rights to the subjects of the photographs, including portrait rights, trademark rights, or copyrights. In principle, it is up to the user who decides how to use the photographs to obtain such permission. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes that may arise in connection with these rights.

8 Use of the photographs in the adult entertainment industry and use of the photographs in such a way as to damage the subject image is prohibited. It may not be used for special political or religious purposes. Please contact us in advance for more information. If any unauthorized use is discovered, we will request that the posted material be collected and destroyed.

9 Do not duplicate digital image data on a recording medium or print it out on film and do not sell, distribute, transfer or rent it to any third party.

10 The IPTC data of the photographs are described with care, but please carefully consider and check the data depending on the purpose of use.

11 As a rule, digital image data is rented by data download. The digital image data provided by the Company has been checked for viruses using anti-virus software, so the Company cannot compensate for any damage caused by virus infection or other problems that may occur through the use of the digital image data.

12 Please physically delete the digital image data after use.

13 Please inform us of the URL of the photos used on the web, etc. Please provide two (2) copies of the printed materials on which the photo is used, as they will be used as our reference material.

14 If you violate one of the provisions of these regulations, we reserve the right to demand that you immediately return the photo or stop using it.

15 As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after you have decided to use the photo

17 You agree that all disputes and lawsuits regarding the photo rental and use policy shall be brought to the court that has jurisdiction over the location of our company's headquarters.
