Mitsuharu Hori is a portrait photographer based in Ishikawa, Japan, and the owner of Photo Atelier Aday. With a background in image engineering and over two decades of professional experience, he is known for creating portraits that go beyond documentation, revealing deeper human presence and emotional resonance.
He was selected as an international judge for the World Photographic Cup 2026, contributing to one of the most prestigious global photography competitions.

Hori graduated from Chiba University with a degree in Image Engineering.
He spent the early part of his career developing image scanners before transitioning into professional photography in 1997.
